NZS 5433.2:2012 is a standard that provides a comprehensive list of dangerous goods for land transportation. It incorporates the United Nations list of dangerous goods and special provisions to ensure the safe handling and transportation of these substances.
The 2012 version of the standard includes updates and amendments to previous versions. Notably, it introduces quantity limits for dangerous goods in excepted quantities, which helps to determine the maximum amount of these substances that can be transported. Additionally, there have been changes to Table 2 in section 2, incorporating new information and provisions. Moreover, Tables 3 and 4 have been updated to reflect the latest developments in the field.
