Notable changes in the 2021 edition include the addition of a definition for "facility" to align with other referenced documents, clarification on manufacturing in multiple facilities, and revisions to the recertification schedule for easier understanding and application. The dry suit performance requirements have also been updated to align with NFPA 1953 and include permeation resistance testing.
